Anuj Gupta
A Journey of Creativity and Excellence
For over two decades, I have dedicated myself to the art and science of interior design. My journey began with a strong foundation in commerce and production facilities, followed by specialized training in export and import management and interior design.
These diverse experiences have shaped me into a versatile designer with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of aesthetics, and a strong sense of business acumen.
My wife Anushree Gupta an Artist by profession with education in Fine arts from Birla Academy and Commercial Arts from Academy of Fine Arts Kolkata, is also a full time designer and stylist and working as an integral part of the system.

My career has been a blend of hands-on experience and strategic management. From my early days in the family business of finished jute goods trading to my leadership role in an export and import house, I gained invaluable experience in managing large-scale operations.
In 2000, I ventured into the manufacturing sector by establishing Siddhi Vinayak Lightings. Under the brand name “PUSHPAK,” we specialized in manufacturing and selling light fittings, high mast lighting systems and portable lighting sytems, along with undertaking electrical contractual jobs on a turnkey basis. This role allowed me to develop strong business development, client servicing, and operations management skills.
In 2006, I founded Shivam Udyog, where I lead a talented team in executing high-end residential and commercial projects pan India and abroad. My company has the capacity to work on individual projects worth 50 Crores and above, leveraging the latest technologies and automation to deliver superior results. My experience in manufacturing and project management has been pivotal in delivering turnkey solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

In addition to Shivam Udyog, I am also a partner in Riveroaks, a company engaged in manufacturing modular furniture such as wardrobes, kitchens, bespoke furniture, office furniture, and various types of furniture for showrooms, restaurants, hotels, banks, airports, railways, defence, schools, hospitals, auditoriums, clubs, and residential projects.
I have a strong sense of color combinations, artifacts, and arts, coupled with deep knowledge of world-renowned artists, particularly from India. This expertise allows me to create interiors that are not only visually striking but also rich in cultural significance.
As a lifetime member of ABID (Association of Architects, Builders, Interior Decorators & Allied Professionals) and DIA (Designers Institute of Australia) in Kolkata, I am deeply connected to the design community, ensuring that my work is always at the forefront of industry trends.
